The company was founded in 2007 as a subsidiary of major American connector manufacturer Molex; it became independent in 2014 through the MBO of the current management team. This is what is called the second formation. Since the start of sales of their own final brand earbuds in 2009, their mindset about good sound quality and design different from other major electronics manufacturers has attracted attention and they have developed their own unique place both in Japan and abroad.
