Project O400 started when we started our product inspection review of the O800. The aim of the project was to make the high-definition and dynamic sound that is the sound of our new O series more accessible through a reference-class IEM with a more affordable price range. To do this, we used the know-how accumulated by developing our flagship O800 for the O400.
LIVELY SOUND WITH GREAT DYNAMICS
Since the development of the O800 was protracted, the development of the O400 was quite mature and, as a result, created high-resolution, high-density sound with perfect balance and dynamics. The sound of the O400 is so natural that it expresses the music very close to listeners and makes listeners forget that they can be heard through IEMs. It provides the same immersion as listening to the recording in a large studio.
EXCELLENT QUALITY 4 BA DRIVER
Of the four BA drivers used in the O400, three are Knowles branded, and one is customized with our own technology based on the design experience of the O800's drivers. All of the O400's drivers are carefully selected, designed, and screened, and the combination of new proprietary drivers and Knowles drivers perfectly reproduce ultra-low, medium-low, medium-high, and high-pitched sounds.
PERFECT CROSSOVER
The O400 used an innovative four-way crossover. With its fine micro-tuning, the O400's crossover perfectly delivers the sound you want.
HANDMADE RESIN HOUSING
The housing of the O400 is based on the new housing shape of the O800. It is made with fine, hand-crafted craftsmanship by skilled engineers.
HANDMADE CLASS 8 WIRED BRAIDED SPC CABLE
The silver-plated Oriveti 8 cose copper wire is made of high-quality, low-impedance wires to prevent lossy sound.
0.78 mm 2-pin connector was used, which is more durable than MMCX.
