BALANCED DAC AND NFCA HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER 

The Topping DX7Pro+ is a great combination of a D/A converter and a balanced headphone amplifier, offering an exceptional concept and a modern design. At its heart is the high-end ESS ES9038Pro DAC chip, coupled with a superior headphone amplifier and preamplifier section based on NFCA circuitry.

ESS ES9038Pro DAC CHIP 

The digital-to-analogue conversion performed by the ESS ES9038Pro DAC chip enables high-end audio reproduction with only 0.00006% distortion, 127 dB dynamic range and noise below 2 µVrms.

XMOS XU216 USB INTERFACE

The DX5's USB input uses an XMOS XU216 interface, offering broad compatibility with the vast majority of devices, but also allowing support for high sampling frequencies up to 768kHz/32bit PCM and DSD512 resolution, with full MQA decoding. 

FULL MQA DECODING

Topping DX7Pro+ fully supports decoding and rendering of MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) files. This technology allows you to enjoy studio-quality audio streams, providing an experience as close to the original as possible. 

NFCA HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER

The DX7Pro+'s symmetrically designed NFCA headphone amplifier circuitry is optimised specifically for this model, producing very low noise and distortion. It is capable of driving high sensitivity and high impedance headphones, with a generous power output of 2x1900mW (at 32Ω) or 2x320mW (at 300Ω). The gain of the DX7Pro+ can be adjusted to 0 dB or 12 dB for even more versatility.

FULL CONNECTIVITY

The DX7Pro+ has a full range of connectivity options to suit any system. It has USB-B, I2S, AES/EBU, optical, coaxial digital input connections and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. For analogue outputs, it offers asymmetrical RCA and balanced XLR connector pairs, the signal level of which can be adjusted on the unit or via the supplied remote control. The DX7Pro+ offers a selectable output system, the signal can be routed to either the XLR output or the RCA output, or both.

BLUETOOTH 5.1 CONNECTION

The DX7Pro+ is Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified thanks to the integration of the QCC5125 Bluetooth receiver chip, which supports high-resolution wireless transmission modes. It is compatible with aptX, aptX HD, aptX LL and LDAC protocols, as well as SBC and AAC standards. The signal received by the Bluetooth chip is processed by the ES9068AS DAC pair at a much higher quality than the DAC integrated in the Bluetooth receiver.
