Classic HiFi experience
Seven drives, no crossover, but there is a 3D printed solid-body acoustic design, all in a machined titanium shell – nicely made!
The sound of the Ara has the right warmth and richness to evoke the best of classic HiFi. It reminds you why listening to earphones can be so fun!
Unencumbered performance - less is much more
The Ara has seven conductor designs; two high (+TAEC), one medium, four low. It does not use typical passive electronic components for crossing drives. Instead, they shape the driver's performance by articulating the acoustic properties of solid-body internal chambers – an approach that was first developed during the development of their custom ear monitors.
At first glance, four bass drivers suggest that there is one striking bass. However, the separation of well-controlled bass drivers gives the mid- and treble-level drivers ample room to shine brightly. Ara is an in-ear monitor that is great for audiophile and reference listeners and is an invaluable tool for studio and live musicians.
TAEC - Tuned acoustic expansion chamber
Our tuned acoustic expansion chamber technology allows us to provide long-lasting high frequencies without buzzing or fatigue. By adjusting the amount of space available in front of the drive, we optimize the performance of our drive. This outperforms the typical "Tube+Dampener" system because it provides direct passage from the drive to the ear, resulting in unsurpassed clarity and expansiveness.
3D printed interior
Carefully designed for optimal audio performance
Increased attention to detail is essential to provide a great music experience with our earphones. The Campfire Audio Ara has an acoustically optimized internal model that allows each driver to deliver the best sound quality. When heard together, the drives provide a smooth music experience thanks to this process.
Built for durability - the future of classic HiFi
The shell of the Campfire Audio Ara, machined from a Grade 2 titanium billet, creates an instant appeal. If you leave the machined titanium raw, the natural beauty of the material will shine through.
During the life of the headset, owners will enjoy the changing interface, which over time will only become more interesting. You can rest assured that the earphone drivers are safe in this finely crafted body.

The cork - Environmentally friendly, sustainable material
Our premium cork protective zipper case is an eco-friendly solution. The sustainably harvested cork is surrounded by a strong and protective rubber layer that ensures your earbuds remain safe during transportation. The inside is a thick artificial wool lining that preserves the surface of the headset. Each case is made in Portugal by a small team of skilled craftsmen who share our commitment to quality.
The cork used for the cases is the outer bark of the cork oak tree (Cork Suberus L), its extraction is harmless to the tree. Harvesting is carried out every nine years during the life expectancy of the tree (about 150 years). Cork harvesting is essential for the sustainability of cork oak forests. It's a natural, durable material that's good to hold.
