The Shanling CR60 has met two major requests from the brand's followers. Introducing an affordable CD transport that offers COAX and optical SPDIF, as well as USB audio output for the most popular desktop and portable DAC (digital-to-analogue converter) units. In addition to all this, it is also a CD ripper that supports ripping CD content to USB drives, PCs, Android/iOS smart devices in FLAC and WAV file formats. Lossless copies can be created thanks to the HiFi quality Philips CD drive and Sanyo HD850 laser, and the revamped Eddict Player app makes it easy to organise copies on smartphones. Fast and automatic CD ripping/copying can be set up for USB drives.

The aluminium housing design is identical to Shanling's other desktop devices, with 5V 2A USB-C and 9V/12V/15V DC power options available on the housing. There is also a Ripper and Transport switch on the back panel to set the required function. USB-A, USB-B and USB-C connectors are available for CD ripping. And the front panel colour display makes navigation and settings easy.
