The Final D7000 is the fourth member of the acclaimed D Series in audiophile circles, representing Japanese engineering with a revamped speaker structure, but with the meticulous craftsmanship of the Washi paper ear cushion. The manufacturer's unique AFDS planar magnetic driver perfectly combines the responsive highs of planar headphones with the convincing volume and bass of dynamic drivers. The diaphragm is a third of the weight of other manufacturers', resulting in a finer high frequency response that reveals previously unheard details. The interchangeable cabled headphones are constructed using machined aluminium and the included hard Travel Sentry carrying case is for secure travel. The D8000 will no doubt make you want to listen to new and old favorites again! The D7000 retains the values of its predecessors while keeping pace with the demands of the times.
