Flexible Feeder FF200

Multidirectional vibration technology provides a fast, adaptable, and efficient method for feeding small parts to robots equipped with vision systems. By utilizing controlled vibrations in multiple directions, this technology ensures precise positioning and orientation of components, enhancing automation processes and improving overall production efficiency.
Linear Vibrating Stock Bin

This technology is suitable for high-speed and stable feeding applications involving various plastic and metal parts, powders, and more.
The stock bin operates using a combined driving mechanism of a hopper and vibrator. Parts placed in the hopper are guided to the vibration plate feeder through a vibration guide slot positioned at the hopper's base.
When used in conjunction with a vibration plate feeder, this system significantly increases the feeder’s capacity, extends feeding duration, enhances work efficiency, and minimizes the risk of part scratching during operation.
