The Shanling AE10 is a modern and high quality earphone with 10 BA driver. In addition to a wide frequency range from 12 Hz to 40 kHz, two tone controls on the earpiece's housing allow you to fine-tune the already superbly natural, clear and refined sound to your musical taste. The drivers are designed in a 6-way crossover and 4th order LRC (4-loop resonant) circuit, which distributes the frequency evenly between the drivers. The result is a complex sound with noticeable separation between cleaner and warmer layers. The tuning of the 10 drivers are as follows: 2 are ultra low, 2 low, 1 low-mid, 2 mid, 2 high and 1 ultra high.
The vacuum-formed (VRTM) resin housing with carbon fibre decoration is inspired by the starry sky, with the two sides together weighing just 5.3g. The handmade cable designed for the earphones is an 8-core and 18-core monocrystalline copper construction with 2-pin (0.78mm) headphone and 4.4mm balanced connectors.
