Despite its retro look, the Shanling CD80 is a modern, premium CD player. The CA80 sister model is designed with added integrated amplification. The CD80 also features digital optical SPDIF output, analogue RCA and 3.5mm single-ended output. It is built with an ES9219MQ DAC chip, which provides impressive high-resolution audio signal decoding. Users are greeted with premium sound with a clean soundstage, low distortion and clarity. A high-quality Philips CD drive and Sanyo HD860 laser technology deliver delay-free and smooth performance, while the Ingenic X1000 chipset ensures efficient high-resolution audio signal processing. The Shanling CD80 CD player also features USB drive support and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity with high-resolution LDAC transmission protocol. Using the USB drive, the CD80 supports high-resolution PCM 32Bit/384kHz, and DSD256 audio decoding, as well as MQA-CD decoding.
