The Shanling M7 is a high-definition digital audio player inspired by the manufacturer's finest products. The high-end player features a 32-bit ESS Sabre ES9038Pro DAC (digital-to-analogue converter) chip in Shanling's proprietary amplifier circuitry with outstanding output performance, an 8-core Snapdragon 665 processor and Android 10 (AGLO) technology for a flexible use and premium listening experience.
Wirelessly, it can both transmit and receive signals at LDAC resolution via Bluetooth 5 connectivity, and support NAS, DLNA and AirPlay via WiFi 2.4G/5G for remote music listening, which can be synced with Shanling's own free downloadable Eddict Player app. Behind the 5" 1080p display built into the aluminium casing is a massive 7000mAh battery capable of 18W QC3.0 fast charging, providing up to 10 hours of listening time via the 3.5mm single-ended output.
In addition to 16X MQA decoding, it also processes high-resolution 32bit 768kHz and native DSD512 signals. For the M7, the manufacturer has designed a proprietary operational amplifier and buffer-based (ADA4896-2 + MUSES8920 + OPA2211 + BUF634) analogue circuitry, delivering a clean, powerful 900mW max power output on the 4.4mm balanced output.
Following in the footsteps of the M9 flagship, the Shanling M7's internal architecture brings it up to the level of the biggest in its class. A small exterior but with sufficient power and a clean noiseless background. Available in titanium and blue finishes. The package also includes a USB-A to USB-C cable and extra screen protector.
