The SMSL DL300 includes an AKM AK4191 and an AK4499EX DAC (digital-to-analogue converter) chip, supporting up to PCM 32bit up to 768kHz, DSD DoP256, native DSD DSD512 and MQA/MQA-CD high resolution streams. As a successor to the DL200, it adds a number of other enhancements such as a preamplification mode, an I2S interface and a more modern IPS display. In addition to MQA and MQA-CD decoding, the DL300 also supports aptX HD and LDAC quality wireless audio via Bluetooth 5 connectivity. High-performance headphone amplification is complemented by 6.35mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced outputs. The DL300 package also includes a remote control.
