Philosophy:

The E11BT was designed with its predecessor, the E10 series, in mind, which won the What HIFI UK magazine award for best in class for six years. Its sound is musical and detailed, its stage is surprisingly wide - its quality is categories above its price tag. Its distinctive, characterful bass doesn't overwhelm the mid and high ranges - yet it's a unique listening experience. Its dual battery gives you up to 20 hours of talk time and up to 48 hours of listening time, while its neck strap ensures comfortable, long-lasting wearing comfort. A magnet built into the headband keeps it from falling out of the neck.

Technology:

The metal earphone housing is made of rigid and lightweight aluminum with cutting. Its rigidity makes the E11BT resistant enough for everyday use and reduces the amount of distortion caused by resonances. Its dual batteries allow for a unique amount of about 20 hours of listening (with BT 5.0 at half volume) Its comfortable and soft neckband lies imperceptibly in the neck, while the small weight of the speaker capsules is almost unnoticed. A magnet built into the headpieces helps to hold it together in the neck and prevents loss.

Driver:

The new custom-developed 10mm dynamic speakers deliver detailed, subtle, yet highly accurate sound. SoundMAGIC E11BT D delivers a balanced soundscape with an expansive stage with meticulous musical details and very deep, warm, textured bass. Ergonomic design results in good isolation from external noise, as well as prolonged, comfortable wearing.

Signal processing:

Digital signals received over a Bluetooth connection are processed and converted into a dynamic, detailed analogue signal by the DAC-DSP built into the control. The 24-bit DAC (digital-to-analogue converter) can improve the sound quality by upsampling, and the 24/96 DAC can turn 16-bit 44.1kHz signals over the BT connection into an impressive sound. It sounds like something in a class above and deserves an excellent value for money rating. Thanks to the three-button, sweat- and drop-resistant remote control, you can easily control the volume, step, start and stop tracks with either Android or IOS operating systems. The built-in "mems" microphone provides excellent speech intelligibility while on the phone.

Resetting the device:

Many external interfering wireless transmitters and devices (e.g. Wi-Fi routers) interfere with the Bluetooth device built into the headphones. In case of abnormal operation or connection failure, it is possible to reset the E11Bt to factory default.

- When on, press and hold the centre multifunction button for at least 20 seconds until the blue LED flashes twice. The device will then reset to factory default and can be restarted.
